Coaching in organisations is invaluable for developing people and teams at all levels. It provides an opportunity to think more deeply about what is needed to achieve business goals and where to focus in order to create maximum value. As internal thought processes change, levels of self-confidence and resilience grow, leading to improved performance. At chapter forty four we work with teams and individuals to realise the full potential of your people.


Coaching Teams

Our team interventions always start with a ‘discovery’ phase, to better understand what’s really going on in the team and the wider organisation and to surface any underlying challenges and opportunities. Using a blend of one-to-one, team coaching and workshop facilitation, we’ll then co-create a programme tailored to your team’s needs, which may include some or all of the following:

  • Understanding leadership and the leadership styles within the team and how to use them to best effect.

  • Clarifying the team’s collective purpose and objectives to increase impact, focus and productivity.

  • Defining the roles and responsibilities within the team to provide clarity around expectations. 

  • Contracting around team behaviours and ways of working, leading to more effective collaboration.

  • Managing team dynamics and building resilient, high-trust teams.

Coaching Individuals

Coaching provides a way of supporting individuals to become more confident and self-assured in their work and can be hugely beneficial, particularly at times of change. One-to-one coaching assignments typically consist of 6 x 2-hour coaching sessions over a period of 3-6 months.  The focus for coaching is determined by the client, depending on what it is that they would like to change.

Previous assignments have included:
