Customer Privacy Notice

We are committed to ensure that your privacy is protected. During our work (meetings, coaching, webinars, workshops and other services), you may be asked to provide certain information by which you can be identified. This policy statement is to assure you that any personal data will only be used in accordance with ICO standards and the GDPR Data Protection Act 2018. 

This privacy notice tells you what to expect us to do with your personal information.

What information we collect, use, and why

We collect or use the following information to provide services and goods, including delivery:

·       Contact information: name, job title, company name, email address, physical mailing address, telephone number

·       Transaction information: purchase or account history, payment details (including card or bank information for transfers and direct debits)

·       Website user information  

·       Records: photographs or video recordings, call recordings, records of meetings and decisions

·       Abbreviated notes from coaching conversations to provide continuity between coaching sessions 

Lawful bases and data protection rights

·       Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. You can request other information such as details about where we get personal information from and who we share personal information with. Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data

Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide services and goods are:

·       Consent: we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

·       Contract: we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.

Where we get personal information from

·       Most of the information we collect is information provided directly by you.

·       We may also use publicly accessible information to verify information we are provided with and to manage and expand our organisation.

How long we keep information

·       We will retain your personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, or as is required by applicable law, and then we will delete it.

·       Coaching notes: a minimal amount of data is securely stored for 7 years after the last client contact, as recommended by professional coaching bodies and insurance providers. 

Who we share information with

We only share personal information with:

·       External auditors or inspectors as required to maintain our professional credentialing (e.g. International Coach Federation).

·       Client information is never shared or sold onto another party or used for any purpose other than the agreed activity.

·       No information regarding the content of coaching work will be shared with any third party, unless release is required by law.  
How to complain

If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
